Due to the types of services conducted by Lost Road Productions, We are unable to provide refunds for our services.
In the event you find the need to terminate your project, You as the Client are responsible for paying for all the services rendered to date and any additional expenses incurred in the course of rendering said services. For more information, See Article 13 of your Service Agreement or contact our team at info@lostroad.ca.
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. If a deposit was given prior work, it will automatically be deducted from the invoice.
For invoices with a total amount below 1000 dollars CAD, a late fee of 25 dollars will be added if payment is not received within the 30-day timeframe.
For invoices totaling 1000 dollars CAD or more, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be added for each month that the payment is overdue.
We kindly request that all payments be made promptly to avoid any additional charges. Lost Road Productions has the right to refuse service for outstanding fees and costs.

Lost Road Productions shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labour disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
You, as the Client, acknowledge and agree that Lost Road Productions will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods, or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
As the Client, you acknowledge and agree that Lost Road Productions cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or that will be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used, but no results are promised.
